I know that it's difficult to accept, but all good things must come to an end. But before | say goodbye, there are a few events that you may find interesting. I'll start with the bad news. Exams begin next Monday, June 11 and will continue through until the following Tues- day, June 19th. Good luck everybody! Look on the bright side; the end is finally in sight and summer is only a week away. For anyone who is interested, we are sell- ing tickets to the up- coming rock n" roll video dance at Iroquois Park in Whitby. The ' dance is Saturday, June 9th and the tickets are selling for $5.00. (The Student's Council will make a $.50 profit for each ticket that they sell). We have commissioned Mr. Vandenburg to create an original water colour painting which will be presented to our vice-principal Mr. Hill who is leaving the PPHS staff. and joining the staff of Eastdale Colleg- iate. The Student's Council honoured all of those teachers who are leaving with milk mugs displaying the school crest at the final assembly last week. We say goodbye and extend our best wishes to: Mr. Doble, Mr. Westlake, Mr. Gibb, Mr. Rideout, Miss Pierson and Mr. Peters. We also nonows - ed head secretary Mrs. Gwen Taylor with 20 roses for contributing 20 years of service to Port Perry High School. : Well, I'm back to the beginning again and its time to say goodbye. On behalf of Shelley Ash, Sherrie Casteels, myself and the entire Grade 13 graduating class of 1984, I would just like to say that the last 5 years | : have. been terrific and we will miss everybody and everything here at P.P.HS.
