The weather was in our favour as there were some outdoor games and rides. There were a number of activities in the schools as well. Judging from the large turnout and favourable comments, everyone had an enjoyable time. Our fun fair would not have been such a success without the help from a great many people. The money raised will be used to take the school on a trip on Wednesday, June 6. All students and staff are going to Young People's Theatre to see the play "Jacob Two Two', then to Harbourfront. The grades 5-6 will go on a boat cruise, grades 3-4 will see the computer centre and the grades 1-2 will work in the clay programme. We would like the fun fair to become an annual event and use the proceeds to help fund other school projects. Epsom Public School will be performing the play '"The Move' on Thursday, June 7 at 7:30 p-m. on stage in the old school. Parents - community are welcome. There was a good attendance at the Sun- day School anniversary on Sunday. The Green- bank Public School Choir directed by Mr. Bark was in its usual good form and the number by the Primary choir was appreciated by all. The guest speaker, Mrs. Phyllis Tamlin delivered a message for both the young and the older folk. There will be no service at Greenbank next Sunday as it is Pinedale Sunday School Anniversary.
