The Enniskillen Ladies won the League Tournament last year so Daco had to be and were sharp to defeat them. Theresa VanHoof of the DACO team playing second base turned two well executed double plays and pitcher Donna Prosser made short work of the bottom half of the seventh inning with two strike outs against Enniskillen. Aggie MacKenzie for Enniskillen hit a home run and made catching look easy while playing the rover position. How...may you ask is Port Perry so privileged as to obtain the talented and exciting, Mr. Black? Number one, the Borelians Community Theatre of Port Perry is paying him; number two, he is a 'friend of the theatre', and number three, Borelian mem- bers; Lyn Sparling, Kathy James and Sandra Blakney attend- ed a 'director's work- shop' of his and came back excited about, his 'theatre-Energy' and knowledge. Borelians Community Theatre of Port Perry will need many new members in order to present the season planned for 1984-85. However, entertain- ment, is not all. Education in theatre is high on the Borelian priority list. Sandy Black will provide a small taste of the education available to anyone willing to come out and create 'theatre' with us.
