Mr. Levinson was emotional when he said '"'we will miss our many friends and will always consider Port Perry our home', as he spoke to a crowd of about 65 mer- chants and friends who had gathered at a Scugog Chamber of Commerce dinner in his honour last Tuesday night. He said the Levinsons were both good citizens and supporters of Port Perry and very active in Lodge work and other organizations. "The Levinsons' 46 years in business in Port Perry is an enviable record, and with the exception of Art Brock has not been surpassed by any other business in my time", Mr. Law- rence said. In closing, Mr. Law- rence said he hoped that Sam and Ann would carry many fond memories of their years here. letters (From page 5) back our country just as we are having to do today with the oil industry.
