Blackstock struck first early in the game when Laval Poulin and Tom Wotten combined. Brian's tied it up on a controversial goal as Bill Peeters slid into the net with the ball. In the second period Beacock's goal. deflected in Ee Beacock's Hardware finished third in the overall Broomball League standings with 25 points, but they qualify as the Intermediate Division reps at the Regional playoffs to be held March 8 in Wasaga Beach.
