They're future Einsteins! | A laughing Angela Clodd was awarded first prize in the Senior Biology Category for her project dealing with Sugar Effects on Plants. That's right, you can tell by these happy faces that it's Science Fair time at Port Perry High School again. Lisa Arscott and Adrienne Fitchett (standing, left and right) took first prize in the Grade Nine and Ten Biological Sciences Category for their project on Composing. Bryan Beatty won second with his Papaya and Charlene Daigle came third with How TV Affects Plants. An honourable mention in the Grade Nine and Ten Biological Sciences Category was handed over to the team of Janet Rowland and Jane Ann McGill for their look at Hydrophonics. E] § i Honourable Mention in the Grade Nine and Ten, Physical Sciences Category was awarded to Leon Presner (left) for his Biogas project and Jason Callan for his look at Astronomy. All's fair in love, war and Science Fair projects and Kim Hazelwood (Wind Erosion) and Steve London (Snow Control) weren't a bove shaking hands when they tied for first prize in the Grade Nine and Ten Physical BZ LI TIRE I Sciences Category. Matthew Salkeld won se- cond prize with Solar Windows and Dana Forder (absent) and Tim Thompson came third with Optical Illusions.
