At least it should have taken place but because of a lack of a quorum, the members who were there were unable to transact any business. May we make an appeal at this time to all members of the Board of Directors - please try to attend the June meeting on Tues- day, June 11, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the school library and if you cannot attend, please phone the chair- man, Mr. Art Matthews, prior to that date. Copy of the Facilities Plan Review from the Durham Board of Education is available at the principal's office in R.H. This con- cerns plans for school ac- commodation and is of vital importance to every family with children either in or about to be in the school system. 2. There will be four more portables added to R.H. Cornish this year bringing the total to eleven. The meeting in September of the Parent- Teacher Association will mark the end of a year for some of the directors who will have to be replaced.
