(400,000 m?) for Oshawa's Main Central Area, Provide appropriate land use designations and population guidelines within Special Study Area No. 8 located immediately northeast of Oshawa Urban Area, Redesignate a portion of the lands fronting onto the south side of Phillip Murray Avenue, west of Stevenson Road South, from Major Open Space af fected by Section 12 3 3 to Industrial. Redesignate the lands bounded by Simcoe Street South. Ritson Road South and Wentworth Street East from Industrial to Residential.
