He just pocketed a cheque for $100 after winning the four by four modified truck event at the Blackstock Truck and Tractor Pull Saturday night. Rolly coaxed his black Chevy to pull in excess of 200 feet, and none of the other competitors in the class were even close. This class was won by the Sandbox Special - a huge four wheel drive tractor from Bonsma Farms with a highway tractor, a huge garbage truck, an old 1943 Mack six-wheel drive gravel truck and a two wheel drive tractor. Even though a heavy shower scattered everyone for a short time and caused difficulties with the track for a time on Saturday night, the of- ficials were relieved to see the skies clear and called on Vetern Trackmaker Merlin Sug- gitt to groom the track so that events could continue.
