August 7, 1983 Queen St.scuffle Durham Police aren't quite sure who to believe following a Saturday afternoon scuffle and bottle throwing incident near the corner of Queen and Lilla Streets. According to a police spokesman, the series of incidents began just after 5:00 P.M. when two cars were stopped for a red light at the Queen: Lilla intersection. Some obscenities were shouted back and forth, and when the 22 year old driver of one of the cars pulled over to the side of the road, a scuffle broke out. According to police, Michael Williams, 21, of Seagrave was driving a 1985 Chev eastbound on the Regional Road just before 5:00 P.M.
