Many notes and messages of apprecia- tion were received from Doreen Kendall for dona- tions to Pioneer Days committee, card from Mabel Strong for 86th birthday, remembrance from Irene Carter representing the choir in the sale of tickets, from Reta Reader for preparation of lunch dur- ing a rushed period and a special letter from "Grace" Love in remem- brance of her 50th wed- ding anniversary which she was able to celebrate only in a quiet way this year We were reminded that more help from the members would be ap- preciated at some func- tions, if it is possible. We are pleased to know that Mrs. Marion Hughes of Port View Beach has been able to be back in her home for a couple of weeks.
