Looking ahead to Oc- tober 4th, there will be a pot luck 'supper and dance to be held in Utica Hall as a get-together with the student ministers who will be visiting the charge and on November 7th in Utica Hall, the Board of Stewards will be holding their annual Fall beef supper. This Saturday the Hall Board will be holding a dance with music by the Country Ramblers. Euchre winners at the Hall last Friday evening were for the ladies: 1st Elva Kidd, 2nd Aileen Snooks and low Nerta Masters; and for the men: 1st Bruce Houghland, 2nd Marlene Skinner and low was Lloyd Pogue. Freeze-out winners were Ernie Luke and Blanche Rose and Mr. and Mrs. George Harper were 2nd. There will be another euchre in Fred and Angie Brown and baby Thomasina of Sunderland visited with Bill and Vera Brown on Sunday afternoon. Mildred Thompson and Phyllis Clarke spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Sloan at Spencerville and on Saturday called on Mr. and Mrs. Ken Tait at Lunnenburg.
