Weekend overnight guests with Bill and myself were daughter Dorothy and children from Pontypool. The Jack Skelding family were Sunday dinner guests with Nancy's mother Mrs Doreen Lake of Newcastle. Get out your Halloween costumes for the Sunday school's party on Fri- day, October 25th at 7:30 p.m. which will be held in Utica Church. All are welcome to attend. Earl and Irene Fielding had their family Thanksgiving gathering on Monday with Jim and family from Pefferlaw, Frank and family from Port Perry, and Bill and Donna from Oshawa. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hinchcliffe of Toronto were weekend guests with the Eric Carres. Miss Laura Carre had her girlfriends from school to her birthday party on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Hinchcliffe and son David were Sunday guests with the family. Mrs. Mildred Thompson attended the Warwick-Lyons wedding in Ep- som on Saturday and on Sunday she joined with the Clarke family for Thanksgiving at Phyllis Clarke's home in Uxbridge. On Monday she accompanied Phyllis when they returned Chris. Clarke to his new home in London. Let's hear it for the Blue Jays. In the past I have been a TV fan of golf, tennis and hockey but have to admit in the past 20 years | have not wat- ched baseball.
