A very popular addition to the Show this year was Puffy the clown who entertained both adults and children with magic tricks and balloon artistry throughout the halls. Shaaryn Chambers very ably rendered popular and nostalgic pieces on her accordion, and spot prizes donated by local merchants. were won by many attending. Once again, the Tea Room at the Show, where light lunches and refreshments were served, was a popular place, capably managed by the Girl Guide organization. Many community groups, in- cluding local churches and others were involved. In keeping with the tradition of bringing the finest in each craft to offer to the public, many craftspeo- ple travelled from near and far to participate in this delightful annual event.
