Two hurt in mishap February1 Two men suffered minor injuries following an unusual snowmobile accident a few minutes after mid- night on February 1st. Durham-Regional Police say the accident happened on the Scugog- Newcastle boundary road when two snowmobiles ran into the back of a parked car. _ ~ According to reports, the car was parked just over the crest of a hill on the dark, unlit road when the first snowmobile, driven by Gordon Baird, 25, of Blackstock rear-ended it. Both Mr. Baird's legs ere broken in the crash. Seconds later, a second snowmobile smashed into the back . of the first, sending the driver, Louis Selmeci, 27, of Oshawa, flying over the top of the first snowmobile and the car.
