The congregational meeting for Myrtle Church was held at the home of Jean and Jerry Stachow, Sunday January 26th. The various reports were received and accepted. This small church in Myrtle has everything, a healthy bank balance, a beautiful building, an exceptional minister, a lively well-attended church school, but it lacks adult par- ticipation. To preserve the church in Myrtle, 13 families carry the load. These thirteen firmly believe that the community - needs a church. They believe that over the next few months others will begin to take part in the services and morally support the activities at least. This is an in- vitation to all Myrtle area people to meet for Sunday service at 10:30 each Sunday morning. You'll like it. Choir practice is Wednesday evening under the leadership of Jean Stachow.
