The Greenbank Gamblers who have been in a two week slump in _ the Oshawa City & District League Play, played some fine fastball on the weekend in the Grafton 32 team Men's Tournament. , They dropped Toronto McLouds on Saturday morning by a 12-3 score 'and in the afternoon they swept past Flamboro with a 6-1 win. Greenbank picked up 5 hits in the contest with Trevor Till having a pair of safeties with Brian Till, Rodd Real and John Foster having the other Gambler hits. John Foster led off the Greenbank fifth inning with a double and Oshawa pulled Coutu from the game and brought in a pitcher from Elliott Lake by the name of Brad Rhingette who retired the side but not before Foster was advanced to third and Trevor Till was intentionally walked. i Apparently Oshawa have signed Pitcher Rhingette and Slugger Her tor Valade (who picked up the other Oshawa hit) to compete in the 0.A.5.A.
