Both the Port Perry Fair and Blackstock Fair will be covered by $2 million in liability insurance this year. Port Perry Fair Board secretary James Duncan said last week the Fair has been offered the $2 million policy from Zurich Insurance through Emmersons Insurance, a local agency.
