Jackson has a story for the children. The in- termediate choir joined the senior choir for a lovely anthem. The lovely baskets of flowers in the church were from Mr. Jackson's funeral. The Church Hall was a very busy place on Sunday afternoon and evening when approximately 300 people enjoyed the hot beef dinner. Big thank you goes out to everyone who worked for many hours, donated food and all who bought tickets. Mrs. Teddy Bartlett of Toronto is spending a few days with her friend Hazel Brooks. On Sunday they at- tended the Christening of Hazel's grandson Daryl Rae Brooks at Kingsview United Church in Oshawa. The family then were in- vited to the home of Robert and Leslie for lunch. Ricky Olaisen and Jimmy Hope will be celebrating another birthday this week. The Prince Albert Youth Group is being reactivated under the direc- tion of Peggy Bredin and Sarah Elliott. This is for boys and girls in grade 7 through high school. The first event is a Halloween Dance on Friday, October 31 at the Prince Albert Hall. Come in costume and bring a friend, 7:30 - 11:00 p.m. Ad- mission is $2.00 per person. The regular meeting will be Friday, November 7 at 7:00 pm. in the Church basement.
