For this, a draw was set up and by the time the win- ning ticket was drawn on October 17, it was announced that the pro- ceeds were $1140. The winner was Mrs. A.W. Miller of Thornhill, Ontario. The facility is now essentially completed with an excellent Green, a modern Club House and adequate storage sheds. The Club is set up to accommodate about 100 active members. This year there are 103 members to date. These 103 members are considered Charter Members and their names are in- scribed on a Charter Plaqur 'vhich is on display at the Club House. If any one wishes to become a member in 1986, the opportunity will be available until December 31, 1986 to have names inscribed on the Charter. The Heritage Wall gives a distin- tive decor to the Club room. Heritage bricks for this wall may still be purchased at $100 each. The Club wishes to thank all those persons and organizations in the community who have supported this building project. It is a recreational facility of which the community can be proud.
