A special time of memory and reflection on the deaths this June of two of C.H.S. graduates, Bradley Guernsey and Eleanor Kelly was conducted by Randy Scott. A computer printer had been pur- chased by memorial funds in Brad's memory and a painting will hang in the school in memory of both Eleanor and Brad as a gift from the staff and students. The Students' Council members presented the Honour Awards. Cathy Paisley introduced her friend Karen Kyte who gave a delightful Valedictory Address. Following the programme a reception for parents and friends was held at the High School. On Sunday the annual Grade Thir- teen Banquet was held at the St. John's Parish Hall. Following Grace by Jennifer Fletcher a delicious chicken dinner prepared and serv- ed by the ladies of the A.C.W. was enjoyed by the graduates, their parents and staff and Students' Council of C.H.S. The Sunday School "will have a "Baking and Craft" table at the sale. The Baptism of Mary VanCamp was celebrated at the home of her parents, Dale and Janet. Attending the luncheon were Cecil and Helen on November 29 will be posted this week at the Curling Rink. Another season of 4-H is over, this time ending with the project Milk Makes It. In this project we were taught many new and exciting things. Some of the topics included were: osteoperiosis, how much calcium intake we need per day, dif- ferent kinds of milk we have and how to use them, cheese - how to use and store it, yogart, icecream, We also learned how to judge a well balanced meal as well as how to cook with milk and other dairy pro- ducts.
