New condition to ease farm, non-farm feuds In an effort to reduce friction bet- ween farmers and non-farmers, Durham Region will be adding a condition to all future severances and subdivisions in rural areas. It will be registered on title that owners and future owners wave their right to "object, complain or seek legal action against such nuisances as noise and odour resulting from normal farming practises." This condition is to be imposed on all future sub-sivision agreements and land severances.
