Wear warm clothing and bring your favourite sleigh or skis and join in on the cold weather fun on the hills of Epsom. Bible Study for Lent starts on March 9th and runs for 6 con- secutive Monday nights at 8 pm (the place to be determined) and focussing on events of Jesus' last week The community lost one of its elder citizens this past week with the death of Mr. George Kight who was in his 94th year We send a welcome to Mr. and Mrs. Ted Richardson and family who have come to Utica Heights from Unionville It seems that we have quite a few travellers in our community: Mrs Gerri Langille has been spgrding a few weeks with relatives in(Florida, Mrs. Rita Storie is in Flondaspen- ding a vacation with her sister, and while these people were trying to get away from the cold weather Pete and Georgina Sutcliffe took a vaca- tion and ran right smack into the middle of winter. They spent a week children, Marlene, Tom and Bren- da Bray. Mr. and Mrs. Terry and Bob of Greenbank also called on Sunday . Euchre winners on Friday even- ing were: Erma Watson 1st; Bea Harrison 2nd and Irene Fielding low. Men: Doug Healey 1st; Hardy Noble 2nd and Iva Yake low. Freeze-out winners were Ross and Grace Thompson with J. and Mary Poots second. There will be another euchre in two weeks. Mildred Thompson and Phyllis Clarke attended the Mount Albert United-Church luncheon and euchre on Sat. after which they called on Mr: and Mrs. Bill Kirton.
