Caesarea family" searches for spaniel 'Cory' A Caesarea family is asking for the public's assistance in locating a cherished family pet, missing for more than two weeks. "Cory," a one and a half year old blonde Cocker Spaniel, is owned by the Haines family, who would like nothing better than to see the dog's safe return. Cheryl Haines said she let Cory outside "to do his business' on Sun- day, Feb. 1st. Two minutes later she 'went to the door to let Cory in, hut the dog was nowhere to be seen. Despite a search of nearby ice huts (the Haines live near the government dock in Caesarea), the neighbourhood, and many calls, ~ Cory hasn't been seen since. Even a phone call to Animal Control Of- ficer Ann Barrett produced no leads. In desperation, the Haines have offered a $200 reward for any infor- - mation leading to the return of Cory. Mrs. Haines agrees the reward is substantial, but she has posted it, "Just because we love 'her SO much." Coryisa small, possibly purebred Cocker Spaniel, blonde in colour, spayed, with all her shots. She knows her name, friendly and could possibly have followed someone home. The missing dog wears a township tag number 0072, as well as a tag with the Haines phone number on it. If anyone knows anything about the whereabouts of Cory, they are urged to call Mrs. Haines at 986-5607 or Reg Renouf at 986-5597.
