Weather turnabout ends in doublecheck Seagrave and Area News by Ann Sandiford We were certainly treated to a change in weather this past weekend. I had to double check my' calendar to make sure that it was in ~ fact the beginning of March and not April, the showers we weregetting made me wonder. Apart from washing away some sand off: the - roads, it surely turned a lot of pack- ed snow into ice. I also noticed the snowmobile traffic on the Nonquon had slowed down considerably. I'm not sure if they were being cautious or-just didn't want to get soaked. We would like to extend our sincere well wishes to Mrs. Susan Durward. On Thurs. Feb. 26th at 10 a.m., Mrs. Susan Durward and Jean and William Shill left the Oshawa airport by air ambulance for Visitors Hospital, 15198 North Main St. S., Buchannan Michigan. Susan. will likely be at the Visitors Hospital for the next six months. We all wish her well. Cards or letters can be sent to the above address, and I am sure will be appreciated during this long period of time. : Don't forget to keep Wed.
