Contract awarded A Port Perry company has been awarded a contract to supply the town of Whitby with traffic signs in 1987. The contract, worth just over $13,000 was awarded to Provincial Traffic Signs. There were three bids submitted by companies for this contract and the one from Provin- cial 'Traffic Signs was $3700 lower than the nearest competitor.
