Moments new for Borelians For the first time in the Borelians 16 year theatrical history, a brand new idea promises to be quite an achievement for the regulars of this award-winning group and a great learning experience for those who have never done it, would just love to, but never had the opportunity to try. Friday and Saturday nights, May 22 and 23rd, beginning at 8 o'clock, at Town Hall 1873, in Port Perry, the Borelians Community Theatre plans to present what they excited- ly describe as a workshop produc- tion. Called '"Moments," it will in- clude juicy scenes from a number of favourite plays; which they've been obviously anxious to perform. Under the capable direction of David Ellis, John Foote and David Millar, excerpts have been careful- ly selected from such works as Amadeus, Jitters, Death of. a Salesman, Equus, St. Joan, Waiting . for Godot, Night Mother, Shadow Box, plus a brand new playlet. In the workshop concept, the continuity will be effectively maintained by ap- propriate interspersal of introduc- tions and explanations while members of the big cast will per- form each segment accordingly to complete the entire performance.
