M Fatal accident David Rendall, 41, second vice- president of the Board of Directors, United Co-operatives of Ontario, has died in a farm accident. The acci- dent took place late Tuesday after- noon, July 28, 1987 on his farm near Arthur, a community approximate- ly 30 kilometres west of Orangeville.
