The trip was enjoyed by all and thankfully the weather co- operated and the small shower of rain held off in time for us to tour the grounds. On September 23, at 7:30 P.M. we will be holding a Fashion Show at the Blackstock Rec. Centre. The theme of this show is "Then & Now" to celebrate Blackstock Centennial. There will be fashions shown by the Beacock Family from 1887 & 'now' fashions by Brock's Dept. Store, Dor-Jean, In Fashion (Formerly Mary's Fashion & Fabric). Tickets are $5.00 and there will be door prizes and refreshments served. The next Garden Club meeting will be held Oct. 6, at 8:00.P.M. at the Nestleton Hall, where we will be holding a Workshop making or- naments for Meals on Wheels trays The Junior Garden Club will be meeting this evening at 6:45.
