The project, initiated by a Seniors Project Group with the Catholic Church in Port Perry, has twice been rejected by Town- - ship council in the past year, be- cause council felt there is not enough land to accommodate the building. ) The new proposal would include the purchase of the Cedar Street right-away just to the south of the proposed apartment site. The par- cel of land, 66'x350" would allow for a re-alignment of the proposed building, and the required amount of space needed for parking. Mr. William Barr, who ad- dressed council on behalf of the group, said that an offer for the piece of land had been submitted to council and it reflected the ap- paraised value of the land by two Port Perry appraisers. He then introduced Mr. John Farrugia, the arcitect for the Sen- ior's apartment project, who out- lined to council what is being pro- posed. Mr. Farrugia told council that the Church and school properties will remain as they are, with no access to the Seniors complex, and added that entry to the apart- ments would be by way of Ash Street. The building would house 38 apartments; two designated for the handicapped; two - 2 bedroom apartments and the remainder all one bedroom apartments of about Bras aes "WOW" No. 485 (white only) - reg. 19.50 "WOW" No. 5128 (beige only) - reg. 17.50 D cups - reg. 18.50 "CROSS YOUR HEART" No. 767 (white or beige) - reg. 14.00 Panties ...
