A very interesting film "I Live On The Farm' was enjoyed by everyone. The day finished off with a picnic at Enniskillen Park. Several couples attended the 50th Anniversary of Os and Marg Croxall at the Curling Club on Saturday evening. Thursday evening saw thirteen tables of euchre players. The lucky winners, Ladies; Gladys Slack, Marie Gee, Ruby Birkett. Men: George Harper, Norman Birkett, Ivan Cochrane. Draw winners Grant Bright, Doris Evans. Lone hand series Lloyd and Vera Fawns tied with 13 lone hands each. A first time for hus- band and wife to be tied. Better health is wished for some of our friends Rose Willoughby and Velma Ross. We miss you. Those people having birthdays Joan Warren, Paula Willis, Eileen Hodgins, Beth Pereman and Grace Cherrie will be celebrating her 80th birthday on Sunday, June 12th with an open house at 99 Sim- coe St. from 2-8. Happy birthday to these people. : The U.C.W. will be held at the home of Florence Smith on Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. The roll call your favourite Hymn. On Tues., June 14th, Rev. John Brown will be speaking and presenting slides on his time in Africa. This will be held in the lounge at the Port Perry United Church at 8 p.m. Everyone welcome.
