It ex- amines selection |, preparation, and nutrition of red meats. The first meeting will be at 7 p.m. at Cathy Acerra's home, Thurs., Sept. 15. Members must be 12-21 as of July 1, 1988. If you are in- terested in joining this 4H unit or have questions regarding it call Cathy 985-3466 or Gail Kerry 985-7792 so we can obtain materials for you. The Youth group will be meeting Fri., Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. at Kerry's in Utica to plan this years get-to-gethers so bring your ideas for fun and discussion topics. Everyone 13-19 welcome.
