Four hundred of these were in the Bloor - Harmony Road area. Since the beginning of July there have been a total of twenty- five acts of vandalism in the Oshawa - Port Perry - Lindsay area. Each one of the incidents had the potential to isolate people from access to the essential ser- vices of Ambulance, Fire and Police. The total damage to date is about $75,000.
