The Baha'i Community of Scu- gog, in cooperation with Scugog Memorial Library, will set up a display in the library of books dealing with the Human Rights issues. The display will consist of some Baha'i literature as well as library books and will be exhibit- ed for the week preceding Human Rights Day. Please look for this special table from December 3 through December 10. There will be two free items you may wish to obtain. One is 'The Promise of World Peace--a Baha'i Statement on Peace by the Universal House of Justice", and the second is also a Baha'i book called "The Violence-Free Socie- ty: A Gift for Our Children." There are a limited number of the second book so come early to ob- tain your copy. To borrow the Baha'i books, simply sign the sheet available at the display, the Library's books should be checked out in the usual manner. Just what are Human Rights? It is indeed a question that takes time in reflection to answer. The surface can just barely be scratched by identifying a few of these rights. The Christmas lights are starting to look beautiful. : The Park Board is holding it's annual. dance Saturday, December 10, 1988 at the Sunderland Recreation Centre from 9:00 - 1:00 a.m. There will be door prizes and spot dances. As usual the bus will be available for $10.00 a couple. Attention all kids --- Santa is coming to the Seagrave Store. He will be there on- Saturday, December 10 from 1:30 to 3:30. We would like to wish farewell to the Bolton family. Ed, Gail, Nicole and Craig have been long time residents of Robinglade Estates. The Boltons have bought a business in Brighton, which I am sure Gail will enjoy operating, and moved there at the end of November. I am sure Nicole and Craig will be missed by their many friends as will Ed and Gail by theirs. We all wish you "good luck" in your new venture. The Robinglade Ladies Group holds their annual Christmas Pot Luck at Ann Sandiford's home on December 15. Don't forget the meeting is at 7:00 rather than 8:00. Please bring your pot luck, a wrapped gift exchange and a donation for Operation Scugog. Sunday, December 18th is the free family skate at the Oakwood Arena.
