He is, after all, the night school supervisor. Regardless, there is plenty to be excited about when January '89 rolls around. Several new courses are being added to the traditional favourites, and most will be taught by local ple. : "There's a lot of people who have a lot of talent in this town," he said. In the daytime, he is a teacher in Whitby, but he is a de- voted five year resident of Scugog. The new sewing course, for ex- ample, is being taught by Port Perry designer Debbie Murdock. Photography lessons for both beginners and advanced shutter- bugs will be offered by local pho- tographer Phil Walmsley. Mr. Steele advises people to watch for the flyer and register as soon as possible. Some programs fill up as soon as the flyer is cir- culated. Last term, the computer, horse- manship and decoy carving cours- es filled up immediately. All programs are general inter- est, with no testing.
