Bogus lottery ticket not so lucky Toronto = Police have charged a Port Perry area couple with attempted fraud in- volving. a lottery ticket worth $4.6 million. According to police, the charge was laid after a man and a woman presented a Lotto 649 ticket for the draw on March 4. Lottery officials checked the ticket and found it was forged, though it had the right combination of numbers for the $4.5 million first prize. Charged with attempted fraud over $1,000 are Steven Krajcik, 40 and Jennifer Lee Kragjik, 32, of RR 3, Port Perry.
