There was a total of 43 entries, and due to the cool weather there were many classes with no entries. However, it was a good show overall with many lovely house plants entries. con- gratulations to Ken Brown who won the top prizes for best specimen of the show (iris reticulata) and also the best of the show for his house plant. McEntyre presented each Cub with a badge, which was part of their Religion in Life Award. Another achieve- ment for them. Rev. McEntyre chose as his text, Philippians 4, verse 5. His sermon was titled "Lessons for Greatness."' The congregation remained standing for the Recessional. Following the service, everyone enjoyed refreshments downstairs, and a happy time together.
