Grace and Les Beacock and family attended, as well as many more relatives from this area. Prince Albert wishes Grace Cherry a belated birthday. Grace won't say how many can- dles were on the cake but her smile still outshines the glow. Some of our Grade 6 students went to see a Blue Jays game at the Sky Dome. Don't you wish you were a student of Mrs. Mor- ton's or Mr. Taylor's. Last Monday Richard Brough had his 16th birthday. We're sorry to hear that Richard broke a finger. That will end his pitching days for awhile. Happy Birthday fom all of Prince Al- bert. Richard will be working for his Dad. Be careful the rest of the family--two broken bones a yearis enough for any family. The stork made a special de- livery to the home of Terry and Karen Hockley on June 9 with baby Justin. The stork has been spending some time on their front lawn on Simcoe Street. Congratulations Terry and Kar- en. Thursday evening 15 tables of euchre players arrived at the hall. Lucky winners--Ladies, Merle St. John, Bernice Loud- foot, Mary Cannon. Men, Irwin Kydd, Richard Manns, Norman Rohrer. Lucky draw winners "were Merv Storie, Grace Bass- ant, Pat Norton. Visiting with Rev. Charlie and Lila Clarke on the weekend was their daughter Fern and Doug Murray from Kingston. If you haven't seen Beth Grills at the Valu-Mart this past month, it's because Beth decided to take life easier and retire. Hope you are enjoying . taking life easy and you will have lots of time making plans for your Christmas theme this year. The children have a week left of school although teachers have more. Drive care- fully because our streets will be filled with youngsters.
