Selected and cared for properly, your gown can be used by several genera- tions. Wedding gowns are often deco- rated with beads, lace, and other trim. This may cause problems during cleaning. Many trims are glued rather than sewn to the surface of the fabric. Sometimes the trim will start to curl and pull away at the edges during wear. Many adhesives are extremely soluble in drycleaning solvent and drycleaning will cause a complete loss and removal of trim. Against a tough B&R Electric team, the Norton team earned the win through some amazing offensive and defensive play. B&R Electric's attempts to get on base in the third inning proved fruitless as the Norton combination of pitcher Adam Jones and first baseman Jamie Sauter exemplified profession- alism, taking down three bat- ters in a row. Jamie Sauter also had a great night at the plate, hitting two triples during the .cuurse of the game. Also, Meghan Desjardins of Norton's gave her best shot at pitching in the first inning of the game. B&R Electric's Michael Bent and Cara Vander Slagt had two runs each; Michael walked once and got on base twice with his strong hitting and Cara had two singles. Jonathan Froats, Scott Harper, and Kevin Duncan all went two for two offensively. Congratulations to both teams for their outstanding play.
