Mr. Lister, who works for a real estate company in Willow- dale, manages the property. He said he notified the Archi- balds about the demolition and gave them a notice of eviction three months ago. Mr. Lister said he has had some run-ins with Mrs. Archi- bald before this and feels this incident is the final chance to stir up the pot before she moves. "She has the ability to magni- fy things out of proportion," Mr. Lister said. "We have had the tree checked for our own purposes and we were absolutely assured there was not a problem with the tree," he said.
