Mrs. Randall was a former resident of Utica and Uxbridge. Services were held in Uxbridge on Sunday afternoon. The students exchanged autobiographies, made new friends and arranged for pen pals. Students from Glen Street will return the visit in February. Part of the day was spent at the Sydenham Museum learning about Pioneer Christmas. Parents are reminded that the Christmas Concert takes place on Wednesday December 20 in the gymnasium. Students will see the programme in the afternoon and parents are invited to attend at 7:30 p.m. in the evening. Cawker (gr. 6-7) participated in an invitational gr. 7 mini- tournament at Gandatsetiagon December 13. The team won 4 of 6 games - defeating Dr. Robert Thornton; Pringle Creek; E.A. Fairman; Gandatsetiagon before losing two matches to Fairman & Gandatsetiagon. The team is anxiously awaiting the new year when they will travel to Ottawa to compete in the Eastern Ontario Volleyball Championships.
