One day not too long ago, Terry Rooke was working over a hot oven in his Feed Bin restau- rant. But he's traded in his bak- er's hat for a top hat, and these days you'll find him weaving his way through traffic behind the wheel of a luxurious, pure- white Lincoln "stretch" limo. Terry and his wife Carolyn, who operates Best of Things Florist in Port Perry have re- cently started T and C Limou- sine Service. And while she takes care of business in the shop, Terry is out on the road driving clients wherever they may want to go: be it a trip to the airport or a night out on the town. As for wheeling a 24' long limo through city traffic, Terry says "others drivers seem to give me a bit more room. They don't cut me off very often."
