Seth - Gray scored 4 times and David Vershuuren 3 times for the Stars. John Hall, Kris Helland and Justin Kowalczyk finally got the Rockets on the scoreboard. The second period ended with the Stars leading 9 to 3. The third period was the only close one as both teams scored five times. Kris Holland scored 3 times and Justin Kowalczyk twice for the Rockets this period. Kevin Pike (2), David Vershuuren, Seth Gray and Dennis Goodman (best goal of the night) notched the markers for the Stars to make the final score 14 to 8.
