Heartfelt thanks go out to the huge number of people who sup- ported the fun fair by attending. Attention all T-Ball players that have signed up. T-Ball will be starting Wednesday June 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Seagrave Park, north diamond. This past Sunday, members and visitors of the Seagrave Church enjoyed the celebration of the sacrament of Baptism. Those baptised were Samantha Steven- son, daughter of Bill and Brenda Stevenson, Randy Charles, Ryan John and Joshua Douglas Maschke, sons of Doug and Elizabeth Maschke, Nolan Robert Carroll, son of Tracey and Robert Carroll and Brendan Gordon Bright, son of John and June Bright. Our daughter Ashleigh was to have been baptised as well but a sudden death in the family necessitated our cancellation. Farm care programs Keeping farm children safe is the focus of the Durham West Farm Child Care Program. Beginning May 22, child caregivers are available to go to the homes of farm families. The service can be used Monday- Saturday, 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Caregivers hired for this sum- mer include returning staff per- sons Melanie Lee and Tina Molenaar, both of whom live on dairy farms in the Sunderland area. Shelley Scott and Jill David- son will also be providing on-farm child care.
