More than 50 years ago, the Port Perry Creamery was a busy place, employing many people. This photo was taken in 1938. The Creamery building was located on the north- west corner of Water and Casimir Street (directly across Water St. from the north baseball diamond) The building was completely renovated In the 1970's for stores and business of- fices and then torn down a couple of years ago. But it was always known as "The Cream- ery." Today, the site Is designated for stores and a condominium building.
