18 -- PORT PERRY STAR -- Tuesday, September 11, 1990 was well attended _ A thought: September is mov- ing right along; here it is almost the middle of the month already! September is transition month; it leads us away from summer into fall; and before we know it, the first frost has descended upon us; breathing down our necks winter's cold breath. For many; the weather is pretty accurate as to the outlook for the day. Give us sunshine and warm weather and everyone is on top of the world; but; a few dull, dreary days, and spirits wilt and enthusiasm drags. The attitude we bring to the day is most important; so chins high! Let us learn to accept what is ahead with a good grace! Family Concerns . Roy & Doris Nottingham of Caesarea, have had a busy sum- mer. On Tuesday, they hosted the Midway Trailér Court Re-union with 20 folks present. Lucille Wulff and Ruth Orndorff came all the way from Largo, Florida, for the special day! An enjoyable time was had by all; playing games outdoors; with a pot luck dinner; and in the evening they played cards. A grand get-to- gether for the whole group!
