That was the general con- clusion following a lengthy dis- cussion Monday afternoon by members of Scugog council. It was the first time council has discussed recreation facili- ties since a consultants report handed down last spring said Scugog needs a new ice pad, an indoor pool, a banquet hall and _ fitness facilities.
