Jim Fletcher and Lexi Jeffrey kept the music bopping all evening. Door prize winners were: Heather Tredway, Heather Harris, Vanessa and Don Petronijevic. Prizes were donated by Square Boy Pizza, Blanchards and Country Siding. To end the dance we had pizza from Trader Sams. Vince Cole made the wooden hearts and Ronda Defreitos did the folk art on them. Linda Harris would like to thank all parents who helped out and also Coca Cola for the pop. Look for your favourite Valentine there. Grade three will be studying "What's Up." In this unit they will learn what makes clouds, rain- bows and how they can make them within the classroom. They will study some constellations so we can identify them. The grade fours have started the adventure journal of their trip up the Amazon River and through the tropical rain forest. The grade sixes are busy in- vestigating machines, inventions and community development. They will be making their own creations and experimenting in a sand box setting. A Valentine party was enjoyed by all. Paul Chang, a Grade 5 student at Greenbank Public School, skips for the Heart and Stroke Foundation in the Jump Rope For Heart program held at the school Friday morning.
