The game was tied 1-1 in the fourth inning when the Gambler bats came to life and Mark Goreski, Brian Till, Don Beaton and 'Paul Goreski all hit 'safely and when the inning was over Greenbank had a 4-1 lead. Moore Auto Body fought back in the sixth inning to score a pair of runs and the potential tieing run ws thrown out at home plate on a perfect throw from Mark Goreski (who had moved from the pitching mound to centre field) to allow catcher Paul Goreski to make the tag. Mark Goreski, while lasting on- ly two innings on the mound, played a strong game in the out- field with his strong throw to home and he hit a long line drive home run and a long double off the left field fence. Due to holidays and shortstop Greg Warriner being ejected by an over zealous umpire, the Gamblers were to press coach Ken Goreski into service in right field and the coach made a fine catch and hit a single in the top of the seventh inning. 0.A.S.A. action is coming up and the gamblers are at the Senior Elimination Tournament in Waterloo on August 2nd, 3rd and 4th when the best teams in Ontario meet in a three day tournament. pe In a closely fought game, Team E with two goals from David Halward and one from Spencer Churchill won 3 - 2 over Team 'G'. Justin Moffat scored both of Team 'G's' goals. Wolfgang Palleske scored 2 and Mike Systma and Jordan Thomp- son 1 each for Team 'F' in a fine effort that gave their team a 4-2 victory over Team 'C'. The hard fought victory was helped by strong performances from Adrienne Reader and Jessica Stone. Colin Davis supplied all four goals to lead his Manvers team to a 4-2 victory over Raglan Welding. The game also featured two dramatic goals by Stacey Cullingham for Raglan.
