Scugog Memorial Library has a new Chief Executive Officer After an extensive search, of applications from around the world, the board of the Scugog Memorial Public Library has announced the appointment of Ms. Amy Caughlin as the local library’s new Chief Executive 0 Officer . is. Caughlin comes to the Scugog Library with over twelve years experiance in a variety of library settings across Ontario, including five years in management positions. Most recently, she was the manager of the Markham Village Li- brary Branch, where she participated in an $11 million renovation and expansion. Ms. Caughlin has a Masters degree in Library and Infor- mation Sciences from the University of Western Ontario.
